Return to Monkey Island is an unexpected, thrilling return of series creator Ron Gilbert that continues the tale of the legendary adventure game The Secret of Monkey Island and Monkey Island 2: LeChuck’s Revenge was developed with the help of Lucasfilm Games.

Guybrush Threepwood has been a longer time since he last involved in an intellectual struggle with LeChuck and his zombie pirate nemesis. Guybrush’s real love Elaine Marley has turned his focus away from the government, and Guybrush is now unfulfilled and lost, having not been able to discover the Secret of Monkey Island. Young, hip pirates led by Captain Madison have shuffled the old guard out of power. Melee Island has taken a turn for the worse, and famous businessman Stan was incarcerated for ‘marketing-related crimes’.

Banter with old friends and new ones at familiar places that are now under a new and dangerous leadership. In the next episode, you’ll venture out to sea and find out what’s new while trying to tackle difficult issues.
